Hey, digital geeks! At The Coding Nerds, we’re coding a web that works for everyone. We’re committed to making http://thecodingnerds.com accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, because equal access is our kind of algorithm.
Our Efforts
We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA—think clear navigation, alt text for images, and keyboard-friendly design. We use tools like Google Analytics and FreshBooks, and we’re working to ensure our site plays nice with screen readers, color contrast, and more.
Known Glitches
We’re not perfect (yet!). Some older blog PDFs might lack full accessibility, and we’re debugging that. Third-party tools may have their own quirks—check their policies (e.g., Google’s Privacy, FreshBooks’ Privacy).
Your Input
Hit a barrier? Tell us! Email info@thecodingnerds.com or use our Contact page with “Accessibility” in the subject. We’ll respond within 48 hours—faster than a site speed tweak.
Ongoing Mission
Accessibility’s a live project—we’re always testing, tweaking, and learning. Check back here for updates as we keep coding inclusivity.
Thanks for joining our nerdy quest for an accessible web!
